Dr. He’s research is highly interdisciplinary across materials science, chemistry and electronics. His current research interest includes nanoelectronics devices, micro/nano energy devices, chemical/bio-sensors, thin-film electronics, and (opto)electronics. Dr. He has published over 80 research papers in highly-esteemed journals including Nature, Nature Chemistry, Nature Materials, Nature electronics, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, etc. He has over 19000 citations with an H-index of 50.
